We Have had many coordinated events with NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction). As an organization we feel it is important to network with professionals in our industry. Networking allows the members of CAWIC to amplify their visibility and influence. As they build a strong network, members can not only advance their own careers but also help pave the way for other women to succeed in this industry.
Networking is crucial for young women professionals in construction as it helps builds relationships, foster mentorship and open doors to new opportunities in an often male dominated Industry.
